Error connecting to server June 29

Original - Error Connecting to server, What's the problem is the server down? I've redownloaded the Cache, Client But still Error connecting.. Please help me out.

LOL OK, Super Late reply but I already seen you In-Game..
Server was down because of a AVG update on my laptop next door I team-viewer that computer on a daily basis to prevent restarts of it, unfortunately  i went to sleep early last night and just my luck missed it!
