*::pricelist* - A price list constructed for common items

*::afk* - Notifies players you are away for a minute

Commands Added for Administrators*
*::fhome* - Send that player Home
*::fdonar* - Sends that player to the Donator Zone
*::fafk* - Sends that player to a AFK room.
*::ftrain* - Sends that player to go train in Lumbridge

*Chill-Zone created and added into a option select for home teleport*

*Under the Names of the teleports in the spell-book added text explaining the purpose of that teleport*
